The Security Plant Complex (SPC) is the center od BSP – Member Plan program led by a group of experts in the field of engineering, architecture, and operations. Edgardo C. Rodriguez led a team to implement the 5-year Master Plan Project. The 5.7 hectare SPC facility with an estimated 82,000sqm floor area is the Manufacturing Facility of Philippine Banknotes, coins and gold bars.
